DMHSS Orientation Programme for Class- 11 held.
The Orientation programme for class 11 students of Dimapur Mission Hr. Sec. School was held on the 4th of June, 2018 at the school Hall. More than 150 students were welcomed by Ms. Sizonuo (PGT), the chairperson in her welcome speech. Mr. Ngishang (PGT) said the invocation which was followed by a special number from Mr. Soyimakum of class 12 (B). Speech were delivered by Mr. Alemtushi Imchen, Principal and Mrs. Watikala Longchar (PGT) respectively. The Principal begins by congratulating the students and highlighted the results of the school. He also emphasised on the skills and values and the expectations that the school has on each of the freshers. While Mrs. Watikala shared briefly on the general rules and regulations of the school. A short sharing was given by Mrs. Moanungla Aier (PGT) after which Mrs. Merensola, Chaplain DMHSS took the stage to share words from the scripture. The chaplain spoke on Identical crisis being in a technological generation. She also stressed on how to overcome the temptations and that it is only God who can help one to overcome and give us a victorious life. The programme closed with a special prayer for the freshers by the chaplain.
