Freshers’ Day 2019
The Dimapur Mission Hr. Sec. School, Dimapur observed its annual Fresher’s Day on the 3rd of July, 2019 at DABA Town Fellowship. The programme started off with an invocation by Mrs. Tainla (Asst. Teacher). A welcome song was presented by the student of class 12. Mr. Sentimo Kath delivered the welcome speech. An exhortation was given by the Principal Mr. Alemtushi Imchen who also stressed on the unemployment problem which is being faced by our society and encouraged the students to be more determined and make use of the opportunity that comes their way. During the programme Mr. Kitenlo Rengma and Miss. Helice Chopy were crowned Mr. & Miss. Freshers of 2019 respectively.
Other highlights of the programme include dance, group song, instrumental piece, beat box and entertainment. The benediction was pronounced by Mrs. Lolenmongla (Asst. Teacher). The programme witnessed a grand celebration and success.
